- Deputy Director, International Services
Lauren Wright is a Deputy Director within the International Institute at Mississippi State University. In this role, she oversees the Office of Study Abroad, the English Language Institute and the International Services Office, where she has worked for almost 14 years. Prior to serving as Deputy Director, Lauren was the Director of the International Services Office and was responsible for immigration compliance and support services to international students and scholars. Having worked with this population in college and in her professional roles, Lauren is keenly aware of the challenges that international students face and is passionate about their success on campus. Lauren earned a Master’s Degree in Student Affairs and Higher Education from Mississippi State and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership.
